A visionary leader and ardent believer in transforming mindsets, Dr. Mangla Chouhan dedicates her life to helping individuals discover their purpose and become their best selves. With a Doctorate in Management from one of India’s premier institutions, Dr. Chouhan is committed to empowering rural artisans, especially women, whose potential often remains untapped due to lack of information and resources—a challenge she encountered firsthand during her research in the rural areas of Kachchh, a district with 939 villages.
Fuelled by this realization, Dr. Chouhan founded Midas Consultancy to bridge this gap. As CEO and Founder, she has connected with numerous rural artisans across India, fostering economic independence and self-reliance. With a background in bureaucracy and academics, she charted a new course to champion women’s emancipation and empowerment.
